Tanner was very courteous and did a great job with explaining all that they were going to be doing with my Subaru. He also brought to my attention that there was a recall on my car and that they would be taking care of it that day. Very satisfied with the quality of Tanner's work performance.

Julius is very knowledgeable and has the best customer service i have seen in a long time, i was ready to go to a different dealer after dealing with JP and his rudeness, what a different experience dealing with Julius. I hope you appreciate what a great employee you have????

I have been bringing my Jetta in for service for a long time. I have been thoroughly pleased with Bobby. I always use him as my service adviser unless he's unavailable. He's friendly, knowledgeable and honest. What more could you ask for!

Tell Joseph not to be so upset/defensive when greeting guest upon checkin vehicles. My vehicle was due for a service recall, and his first response to me was "we have 17cars ahead of yours I don't know if I can take you in". I was there for a very dangerous service recall on the car for my wife. I believe moving foward he would be better of not responding so quickly, and taking time to gather information, talk to his superiors, and then respond. His demeanor in the beginning is very rough. Otherwise, thank you for taking care of my wife's car. I truly enjoy when Will takes care of me when I show up.

I was expecting my vehicle to be ready after 2 1/2 hours but it wasn't ready till about 4- 5 hours later.Bummer for me .

I asked for feed back on tires, which should include the thread. The information was not written nor provided on the report, also in all my visits with VW service I always had a measurement of the break pads. Which is a basic, and shouldn't be requested. I will have to go elsewhere, since Subaru service is a la cart for anything basic knowledge.
