Carlos did a great job. My initial complaint wasn’t his fault at all, and I apologize if my previous survey reflects that. He was very courteous and professional. He even pointed out what they replaced in my car, I appreciated that.

William is very knowledgeable at his job. OMG did he go out of his way to make sure my car was checked out and he documented what they found out. Plus he had my car returned clean! That lwas a real surprise because I was going to the car wash after I left but instead he saved me much needed time for other things. Thank you for hiring someone that made sure the customer was happy when they left.
Tanner also helped me and was so kind to help me carry out some heavy parts I had bought. What a great team of employees!!!

Car was taken in immediately without appointment to reboot
I was satisfied with Julian’s service. However, when I called in for an appt for the software recall on the rear view camera and explained that I had a black screen- however, that person did not tell us that my car would not be fixed on this day— but that that they would only order the new part and when that came in- they would call us.
