Even though I didnt have a service appt JP was awesome. He listened to my needs and managed to work in my car. I didn’t even have to wait as long as I thought I would. I appreciated his sense of humor too!

Just did not appreciate the service JP provided. I missed a call from JP around 7:30am. So I called back and left a voice mail. by 8:35 I had not heard back (no big deal) so I decided to follow up with him. He seemed rather annoyed that I was calling. He informed me they were already working on my car and he would call me when it was done. 2pm rolled around and I had still not heard from JP so I called to followup. He again seemed annoyed that I was calling. But told me the software update had not been completed yet and would be done in 30 min (now sure how he knew that on the spot, but maybe he was on it). Was also never offered to be picked up to get my car. When I asked, he again seemed bothered and then was curtly told sorry my driver is going home at 3:30. Anyway, I went onto yelp and saw management seems to care about delivering great customer service and I would say I did not get that. So I thought I would share this with you.

My car was towed to the shop after losing it's coolant. Everyone was friendly & efficient. My car was looked at quickly, a diagnosis made and an estimate given. Parts had to be ordered but it was all done in 2 days. I have always had good service @ BB Subaru. BTW, this only says Volkswagen - is Subaru moving?
