Had a eleven click oil change appt this morning. I waited a good amount and suddenly went to investigate and saw my car just seating in back and went to Carlos to inquire why my car is not coming around, he told me he has other customers and since I didn’t have an appt., which I did I sssume he thought I didn’t have any priority, but I did have an appt. as I had to rush off for a dr. Appt. I didn’t know what to think of it. Oh, and then he said yes u did have an apt. Not to much of a big deal, but had me wondering, if I didn’t inquire, would I still b searing there.

Our cars key was misplaced while being serviced. Zachary and the older gentleman in charge was very kind and professional though! The older gentleman showed great customer service with the cards he was given. The keys being lost and the inconvenience of having to come back tomorrow to figure out the key situation is my only contention. I know it wasn’t Zachary or the other gentleman mentioned above. They were awesome. 5/5 service on their part.
