Zach is continually the best service personnel I have ever been to. He helps with my children every time I come in for routine maintenance and explains everything in a clear and concise manner. He always makes sure I have what I need and as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Bobby is an asset to Bob Baker. I have had experiences PRIOR to working with Bobby that were appalling. If is were not for Bobby I would not be at this facility.

Mr. Carrasco is an asset to your company. He carefully explained the issues with my car and took time do so on a late Friday evening. He had been there since early morning and his demeanor was unchanged: professional, courteous, and I’ll even say cheery.
Not only was Zach knowledgeable and super helpful, but we fully trusted him.
The service on my vehicle met all expectations. The radio was replaced and the display panel is again fully functioning. My mileage trip meter and miles to empty was fixed. Tanner was very accommodating and responsive. I was pleased.
