I brought my car in today for the third time in the last few weeks and the original issue was still not resolved. I have wasted both my time and money at this point and have nothing to show for it. My Bluetooth stereo system is STILL not working correctly and I’d really like to hear from someone new that can move forward in helping me solve this issue. Thank you.

I find it hard to believe, quote was $15.00 more than mentioned. Spot on windshield repair size of 1/2 pea, and the could’t wash or even wipe down car as they had offered at drop off. I came two days in a row to BB because a friending mine is a Bob Baker Daughter, and I live right by Herman ****. Other than that, guys were nice, and service good.

Bought my first Subaru from you all on Tuesday evening. Had a salesman Usier that was new her did not really know a whole lot about the car or the car or the process my husband and I knew more about the car and process then he did. We have bought several cars in 33 years so this was not our first car purchase. We went in so see a white 2017 Outback limited but you had some it the saw another and took it for a spin. Test drove a 2016 outback limited 2.5l black. While waiting for the finance the car was being cleaned from all the details we had described to the sales manager that evening. We had explained that the car looked like no one had even gone over the car before it was put up for sale. Major detail was needed. Small dings, fur,food crumbs everywhere, upholstery with permanent car seat indentations, sponge with oil in battery well, missing grommet on air intake housing...when we were done. And car was presented to us the marks on the hood and roof did not come out. You could clearly see that the spots were there and that something had splattered on the hood and roof and made permanent it had eaten into the paint. We brought it up again to the sales manager and he said they would take care of it with the deep detail. Brought it back the next day cause the spots were even more apparent in the morning with the sun light. Body shop did their best to remove the Mark's but it is clear they are there permanent. Sales manager Seth seemed more concern to state it's used, not every car is in perfect condition, we can offer you a new one but the cost will be greater, etc. This was not what i expected to hear. Not willing to help in any matter what so ever. Even though we stated the sales manager from the evening of the sale stated they would take care of once pointed out after we were handed keys. If I had gone with my gut that night when given the keys I would have walked away and only come back once the car hood and roof were taken care of. I have lost all trust in your dealer ship and its abilities to keep a customer happy or at least satisfied with the car they bought. The inspection that came with the cpo clearly missed these details on their report. This looked like you just got the car lease return in and then put it out on the floor for sale. Nothing even done to car. We figured the deep detail would take care of eveything but clearly it did not. The hood and roof will need to be painted due to the splatter and some cracking of the paint. Please have you general manager Bill K read this as well. I will be trying to contact him has well. I believe we can come to some reasonable solution to make us more satisfied with this purchase from you dealership. I can because if reviews but clearly my experience did not show that. Bobby is the best service advisor at Bob Baker VW. He is incredibly courteous, professional and always answers my questions no matter how basic they are. During my last visit I asked Bobby if the service on my vehicle included topping off windshield wiper fluids and he said yes in spite of him having already mentioned to me that all fluids are topped off. Top notch service advisor - I hope Bob Baker takes good care of their #1 service advisor.
