William went out of his way to make my experience go flawlessly. As a college student, money is very tight and William was able to help me by finding a couple of discounts. He also was able to get me a courtesy loaner so I didn’t have to wait for an Uber to make it to work on time. He took the time to explain the costs and was able to take care of everything that I needed done on my car. This guy deserves a huge raise. Anytime I have repairs or maintenance on my VW I will be sure to come back to Bob Baker VW and ask for William.

Bobby knew exactly what was going on immediately rectified the situation. I’ve been upset with previous service in the past, however this time made up for all of it. Immediate recognition of a warranty issue, no confusion, just we are going to make sure this is right! I really want to thank Zach (or maybe Eric) whoever was my customer service rep was because he went out of his way to make sure I got the most of my visit. He offered the free car wash which seems to get forgot at some dealerships and also when I said my wife was bringing me back in the morning he made sure to offer the shuttle and saved my wife the trip. Top notch service and as always Wayne is the best shuttle driver on the west coast. I will always come back to Bob Baker Subaru!
