When I got home and went to get out of the car I noticed a tear in the leather of the door panel. This was not there prior to bringing it in. Now I need the door panel repaired or replaced.

Your service foreman was unable to smoothly drive my vehicle up a hill without stalling which was why i brought the vehicle in. Then they scanned the vehicle and stated the car is acting normally. upon taking it to another dealer they disagree with your acting normal claim and are coordinating with VW corporate for a solution. Your dealership offered NO HELP and wasted my time! I will not be returning and will be sharing my negative experience on social media.
