Zachary was hands down the best Subaru employee I’ve ever dealt with. After having multiple negative experiences at different Subaru I was skeptical to continue to utilize the dealership for service visits. Zachary took his time to explain everything to me and even went the extra mile to explain things without me having to ask. He also shared useful knowledge with me about how to best prepare to take care of my vehicle while it will be mostly idle for a temporary period of time. He was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for outstanding customer service.

Results with the car were excellent. However, Tanner did the intake, but he was not at work the next day. I had difficulty getting my questions answered by other staff.

Julian was incredible dealing with the fuel pump issue I had with my car. I can not say enough for the kindness and concern he showed me. Knowing I was ready to leave on my drive to Washington he worked to get me a rental car. Made sure it would hold the good size kennel I needed to transport home the kitten I was picking up. Outstanding service!!
