The fact that my maintenance service records through Bob Baker Subaru don't update onto CARFAX reports makes no sense to me. Additionally, I think the service technician who worked on my Subaru is not a subject matter expert. How is it that the only way they can tell my clutch needs replacement is by a stiff clutch? Did they actually inspect the clutch? Is my timing belt due to be replaced or not? Mr. Phillip's was cool, I think the mechanic who worked on my Subaru though is mediocre at best. For the premium price paid by customers for service, car washes should be included; not by request only.

I was told by Tanner that it would take 2 hours for service not all day. I was disappointed that it took so long.
