I love bei a Subaru owner because Subaru IS a fantastic car for me in every way AND most especially because I always know when I come “home” to Bob Baker Subaru, Zach and Service Dept Manager Norm will always be welcoming ! And they really care about my Subaru experience and about me!! BTW. Zach is such good teacher, and patient too - each time I come whether for a regular service or for a big problem Zach teach me what will be done snd even describes for me in easy to picture language the malfunction and it’s role in my Subaru’s “health”, the way the mechanic will “cure” the problem. I love that at he’s willing to explain things and how they work, to me!!! I hope Zach and Norm will be there fir me always at Bob Baker Subaru !!!
