I had previously taken my business to frank subaru as that is where I bought my car due to your restrictions as you would not let me put down a deposit. So today in for a 11,000 mile check. Had not great friendly service. I was told service parts and sales were all separate and people in service did not care about the rest of your organization. Even though you think there is a separation of all your parts of your business the public sees you as one I had really bad service. I may only be one but frank subaru has developed a great plan to reward customers with point for service,

Will is awesome! He went out of his way to take care of our vehicle and he always communicates clearly and makes us feel like his only customer. We think he’s the best Service Coordinator we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve owned lots of cars and worked with folks from lots of dealerships and repair shops. Will Carrasco is the reason we come to Bob Baker with our VW. He is also a big reason we would consider buying our next car from Bob Baker and we have recommended family and friends to Bob Baker for the same reason.

Zachary is an asset to your service team. He is a professional who offered me a Courtesy ride to the local mall while my car was bing serviced. He called me just before it was completed to let me know Sergio would be at the mall soon to pick me up. Excellent service!

My service rep (sorry, don't have his name) was very polite, friendly and professional -- that goes a LONG WAY with me! I'm always pleased with the friendly staff and quality of service actually making it a pleasure to have my car serviced at Bob Baker. And it's great that my dog is welcome there, too. Thank you!
