All the issues of concern were addressed in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Will did a great job considering he was the only person there that was handling Volkswagens. Basic customer service was suggest everyone to know Volkswagen and Subaru and be able to check in both make of cars. I found it interesting that when it was time for me to pay everyone was available to take my money. Again will did a great job you guys need to do a better job teaching everyone Volkswagen and Subaru
