Very positive experience! Love how dog friendly bob’s Suburu is. My dog “Friday” had a great time.
Colton was fine. I'm just not happy with Subaru. We bought extended warranty and extra packages blah blah blah, we're told we wouldn't have to pay for anything for 7 years. Now I'm told that only lasted three years, and from now on I have to pay for oil changes. Also alignment is out, and that should have been detected on my previous visits. So not real happy with the service.
Zach is the BEST service advisor ever! He’s always friendly and helpful and gets our cars serviced quickly. We just bought another car from you because we knew Zach would take care of the car.

Zach is a gem. While it was extremely frustrating that Subaru USA was unable to provide a replacement part for its most popular model, Zach was excellent and made the whole weeks long process as tolerable as conceivable.

Windshield washer fluid was Empty. Did not check my fluids... not happy.
Zach was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns about my car. He understood my predicament and made sure to take care of them.
I got a complete car detail but the inside of my car was still quite dirty. Also, the gear shift sticks when shifting gears which was not happening before and sometimes the brakes squeak.
All the people I encountered were polite, informed, and helpful.

Tanner was so helpful today. He was friendly and patient when it came to explaining what was going on with my car, and he went above and beyond by helping my put my license plate on after my appointment. I really appreciated his kindness.
