Our $1000.00 trailer hitch on our new 2020 Subaru Outback DID NOT even come with the Ball!! Wth?? Should have either been advised by initial salesperson OR the service people. The last time we had one installed on the 2016 Subaru Outback it was included... Seems a bit overpriced Imho Plus we weren't included in the Subaru gifting program for our purchase... Smh

Sorry for late reply. Yes, Tanner was great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. Took time to show me how to add oil if needed. Have had excellent experience with all Bob Baker staff so far. Thanks!
