Both Bob Baker VW and Hyundai (I also have one of those) have a noticeably less efficient service process than Toyota of Carlsbad. Your people are great but ToC's process is so much more efficient. You should study what they do.

Joseph “JP” went above and beyond to help make sure my Subaru was taken care of. I was past due for a tune up and the oil light had been on. I planned to come in this Thursday for an appointment, but needed my car sooner for a last minute work request. JP answered all my questions through email, set up my new appointment ASAP, met me that morning and had the car ready in no time. He also quoted me for future repairs so I’m prepared next time around. Thank you for your fantastic service!
