The service was quick and everyone was very polite. I had my tires rotated but I discovered the lug nuts were not tight on the left front wheel. I had to turn around and report the issue. The issue was promptly fixed, but it should be auto 101 to tighten lug nuts. I will continue to use Bob Baker but I will be very watchful.
