We were totally satisfied with our representative. However we were highly disappointed in the lack of safety precautions in view of the corona virus crisis. Nobody was wearing gloves. The inside of our car was not wiped down with any disinfecting wipes and none made available to us. We had to use our own which fortunately we keep on hand.

I moved here from Santa Monica (LA, Ca), 2018. I was happy at Herman **** i Encinitas but they closed temporarily. I was worried that I couldn’t find the same service elsewhere. But, Tanner and everyone at Bob Baker in Carlsbad, was amazing. I felt SO VERY taken care of. Even with the COVID quarantine in place, things were comfortable and safe. Protocols were in place and adhered to. I work in luxury customer service, and have a very high expectation. May I say it we exceeded. Great job guys! I will be back to you

I filed a complaint with the corporate offices. You sold me a certified pre owned car with bald tires. Brought it in, and was told it was fine. Then Midas confirmed the tires were 2 MM. I have no trust in your dealership and will share my experience with my community
