Tanner knapp is a very informative person he knows his stuff great customer sevice answered all of my queations.Got me checked in and sent me on my way with the rental guy to get my rental while my Subaru was getting checked for recall of airbags.Tanner is the one i would like to always help me for now on

Yes, I had an appointment but had to wait as shuttle was not operating. They were done with the recall part in about 1 1/2 hours.
Tanner was courteous, pleasant and he answered all of my questions very thoroughly and to my satisfaction.
You all induced a problem into my car. I had an oil change and the oil spot on my drive is much larger than it used to be. The major problem induced is the service engine change oil warning comes on and I can not reset it. However,the MFI display says I need to change my oil in ~10K miles. Whoever serviced my car did an excellent job cleaning the engine compartment and I appreciate that. Please have your service advisor, Will, call me to decide how to rectify the problem.
I was a little disappointed in Bob Baker's attention to social distancing. There were employees milling about paying very little attention to personal space. When I was signing papers in the very little office, two additional employees came in making 4 people in a very tiny space. Thankfully I brought my own hand sanitizer as I didn't see any visible. Please encourage your staff to be more sensitive to giving customers space.
