Very happy with service at Carlsbad dealership. I had not been up there for many years. Worth the drive, in fact would drive in fact would even drive further to come here. Really appreciated the loaner car which made leaving the car for two days very easy with my work schedule. Julian was a pleasure to work with as were all the other employees who helped me.
Everything was great but would recommend hand sanitizing stations or an area for customers and employees to wash hands out in the open. Employees had masks on but when I inquired about hand sanitizer there apparently was none.
Julian worked very hard to ensure that my transmission was covered for all repairs. Even tho the mileage on my car was 4 thousand miles over the 100k warranty. This type of service and care keeps a customer coming back and staying with the same car company on future car purchases and services.
Will was extremely helpful and polite.

The only minor issue was that it took about 15 minutes for someone to take care of me. When I was still in my car one guy said someone would be with me soon. When I stood for awhile several people went by, but they all avoided eye contact. I suggest that they say hello, or “Someone will be with you soon.”
