Zach was fantastic with his help. It took me years to diagnose my compressor and he ended up figuring it out to be able to fix my AC. He was communicative through it all via phone calls and email and was great throughout the whole process. 10/10 rating. Pay this guy more!!

When dropping off a vehicle for service, Waited for 10+ minutes and one person said they help me after they were finished. Many employees walked by and didn’t even look me in the eye or seem to acknowledge that I was waiting to be helped. Plus there were three employees sitting in the office just watching me standing and waiting. Once the first person was free he asked what I needed help with, only to find out that I was dropping to car off for a recall and he couldn’t help me. So then he had to go find the one person who could help which took another 5+ minutes. The most annoying this was this recall centric employee had already walked past me 3 or 4 times with the original waiting. It seems to me that if there was a bit more general support and triage upfront it would help make the entire process more efficient and enjoyable for everyone involved. If the employee that handled recalls knew I was waiting for him, I think he probably would have helped much sooner, and once he did help he was just fine and I have no complaints about him. I’d say overall it took much longer than it needed to, it didn’t seem like any of the employees, except the two, actually cared about me and wanted to see what I needed help with.

Zach was amazing he was professional but yet personable I would come in to have my tires filled with air if he was going to take care of me he’s a good really appreciate his time during the virus scare Did he is there to help people with nut work at all everybody there at Subaru is outstanding
