I was a little upset that my car was dirty on the inside with some sort of oil splatter on the dashboard, center consoles, steering wheel, and windows. Not sure what happened while my tire was being repaired, but some sort of oil was sprayed on my car with my windows open I’m assuming and it got everywhere.
Once again Bobby was great, but the condition of my car post service was not satisfactory considering it was clean when I brought it in. Kind of disappointing.

Great Guy . Very Polite . Helped me get my oil change in an out with no problems.
Zach was honest and had the customer interest in mind. He pointed out to me that I don’t really need an oil change during my last visit as I still have a couple thousand miles left. I brought the car primarily for a recall. I requested for an oil change but unsure if I needed it considering that the car is barely used thought it’s been several months since the last oil change. Thanks Zach.
He was very nice and although he couldn’t repair my tire and I need to buy a new one he was honest and I trust him.
He went above any of my experiences with the service department at Bob Baker Subaru. I wanted additional service (detail, scratch and also a door ding repair) but learned I was unable to do this at this time due to limited staff per COVID 19. He called someone who came by the shop and at least took care of the door ding!!!! This made me soooo happy!!!! Now, if we can just get the darn scratch repaired!!! Go away COVID!!!!
