Julian did a great job. Fast, efficient, friendly. I had the recall scheduled for November bot when I explained that I was driving to northern CA on Saturday and didn't want to be stranded on hwy 395, even though unliky, he fit me into the schedule for the sMd day.

Julian really took care of us yesterday. I took our Subaru Outback to a drive thru car wash and after drying it off and detailing the tires and wheels I started to clean the inside. Only to find out that the drivers seat had somehow moved all the way so close to the steering wheel that I couldn’t set in the seat. The lever that controls the seat had somehow broke. I was able to call my 5’ 2” wife who was able to fit into the drivers seat and drive the car home. At this point we had triple A transport the car to Bob Baker Subaru where we met Julian who had the broken seat control fixed.
