This was my first time having my Subaru serviced at Bob Baker having previously gone to Kearny Mesa Subaru. That dealership is closer to my home but I had trouble getting through to anyone or getting a call back.
My experience with Bob Baker was the complete opposite and I was very impressed with my experience with you guys. Zack was very professional and determined to take care of the problem with my vehicle. This is our first Subaru and the problem with the navigation and phone ( entertainment center) has been disappointing and Zack is very personable and made my experience better. A part has to be ordered and hopefully we can start enjoying our Subaru Outback. Zack is a keeper.
