I had an appointment and sat as the only car in the lineup, it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to even come talk to me. when I came to pick my car up, it took another 15 minutes plus to get checked out because nobody was anywhere to be found. It seemed very confusing and disoriented there as if nobody really know what they were doing. I'm not complaining about my service rep, everybody there seem to be in the same chaos.

Overall good, but two comments: 1) I was in for the Outback fuel pump replacement, and wasn’t told that I’d need to have less than 1/4 tank of gas. Fortunately I had called the day before, otherwise I would have had to drive up only to be turned away. 2) I repeatedly stated that I’d need a loner car, as I’m sure most of the people who were going in for the pump replacement. Since you knew how many people needed cars and how many loners you had, why weren’t they on site. The shuttle-car checkout process was onerous and wasted an hour I didn’t have.
The good was my service agent I dealt with was wonderful.
Julian was very astute in hearing a problem with my car as soon as I brought it in.
The car was serviced in a timely matter

The people are great. I was bringing my car in for a trailer hitch install that I already paid for and the hitch was damaged so I need to wait to hear from parts dept.
