Instead of making me wait 3 hours for a basic service (no tire rotation per my request), he was able to speak to a technician who could take care of it right after his current car, and I ended up waiting an hour and a half. To finish off my pick up, I asked Joseph to not have my car washed. I have worked for dealers & I know they use raw hides and scratch the car as they dry it & dirty water with debris to continually wash cars as fast as possible.
I don't care that this is the process, what I care about is I can't even say no to a wash and have it notes on my paperwork then have it washed anyway. He said there were smudges on the doors from my recall fix.
He said he would get the smudges removed, so I figured they would "wipe them off" not wash my whole damn car. That is another person to potentially scratch and damage my car.
I have a car with modified everything and a clutch that is not easy to manage, I didn't want to bring it there in the first place as my car is driven and touched by one performance shop (only).
Now I have a shotty detail with endless swirls and more scratches done to my car.
Thank you for not following a very simple request, my whole experience was Garbage as expected.
