The shuttle needs to come back. This not being available is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Viruses have been around for thousands of years. Let’s get back to normal here people. You can take an Uber/Lyft the shuttle should be available

I have Owned Mercedes, BMW, Acura and other brands of vehicles in my life so I have come across many service writers. He is very courteous and explained what was wrong and how it was fixed. He told me that if I had any other questions or concerns to call him personally at work. He may be one of your younger service writers but he is certainly on the right track on how to treat your customers

One minor thing... I mentioned that my steering becomes loose or wobbly at 70+ mph. Instead of saying you’ll have to schedule a maintenance service for that because you’re too busy, just look into it. People who come to Subaru and stay with Subaru are there for a reason. You guys are entrusted with the safety of our families. My wife and I are very confident with both dealers and service techs at BobBaker Subaru. Don’t throw that away. Even a little reassurance that everything will be okay would be a 100% better. Anyways, everything else works great. Feels like it did when we first bought it. Ty!
