When asked why I was told only the floor mats are done. I've been to other dealers for service in the past and my car has ALWAYS come back cleaner then when I have dropped it off. I would expect the same from Bob Baker VW. Thank you

My car was not washed after service, there we oil hand prints all over the front of my car and they did not reset the oil service notification
Well, I never met brenden before so I am assuming he is new to the team. I have been coming to Subaru since I purchased my Subaru in 2017. I feel like the service I receive is always top notch and I never feel pressured or not informed when making a decision. JP has always helped me with this and I appreciate his work at Subaru. Brenden is new, but seems like he has good customer service skills.
Brendon was helpful and knowledgeable, he gave us a time estimate and the task was completed well before.
