Staff was on it! From When I pulled up to the service department I got acknowledged right away. Left my car got a loner got a sanitized car and the manger let me know it was clean ready to go. The person taken care of the paper work was quick friendly and had great customer service. The team seemed like they were all working in sync to make my visit that much better thank you! When I’m ready to buy a car I’ll come see you guys!

I took my car in for a warranty certification service while buying out my lease. When I was informed about the inspection, I was told that my washer fluid hose was "cracked." I asked if that should be covered by the current warranty and was told no. A day later when I received my service report, the comment about the hose was that there was rodent damage. BS. Cracked seems much different than rodent damage. In the three years I have had this car, I have never seen or had any reason to suspect that there were rodents where I live or where I park at work. I suspect I was lied to, that the damage was reported as rodent damage because that would negate warranty coverage. Would be happy to discuss the matter. Otherwise, I will not bringing my car back to this dealership for service.
