Colton was great and like the fast turn around . However disappointed that a complebtiary car wash was not included. I owned Toyota’s and Honda’s and they included free car wash when brought in for service.
I brought our car in to get a small dig fixed as part of our agreement when we bought our car. When I picked the car up and brought it home we noticed the ding looked the same as when we brought it in. I brought the car back a couple weeks later to have a new key fob programmed and I told the service manager I was dissatisfied but he didn't offer any solution to the problem.

Joseph explained what might be the problem and that it might be covered under the extended warranty but would have to wait and see. Called me later and set me up with a loaner. I was very happy. Thanks you Dave Higley.
The waiting time was terrible. 20 minutes to drop off (with appointment), 3 hours waiting there to get the diagnosis and learn I wouldn't get my car back that day, and 45 minutes to find someone to help me after it was fixed.
Zachery was very helpful in getting my car in and out and listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had.
Taylor did a great job of representing your dealership! We will be back again. Thanks for the updates on the service.
