Only recalls were repaired. Everything else was “not repeatable” or “caused by outside damage”. I get it’s a business and has to make money, but whatever happened to building customer loyalty. You just reminded me why I didn’t by the truck from you in the first place.

Thank you Stewart for taking good care of me during the process of completing the safety recall fix on my F350. Stewart was ready with paperwork for my scheduled arrival at seven AM. I was even offered a ride home if needed. At weeks end,Stewart notified me the recall work was completed and even washed the truck for me. Excellent customer service.

The representative I worked with delivered exceptional customer service. The tonality and cadence of his voice in delivering unfavorable news about my vehicle helped me understand the information. He treated other customers with the same exceptional customer service. He introduced me to fleet sales. As I waited I watched your customer arrive, wait and leave each was content with service.
