Edwin **** is very unprofessional does not know how to communicate with customers. Whenever I would contact him, he would never return my calls. He would give me the runaround when I was looking for answers about my vehicle he also did the same thing with my insurance agent. Even when I contact him about my front windshield being cracked, he said he was gonna look into it and was gonna give me a call back the same day. He never called me back. I had to go physically down to the dealership with my husband to speak to someone else about my windshield which he was going to look into as well it was not even five minutes after that I left the dealership and he gave me a call so I can come in the next day and have my windshield replaced. This isn’t the first time that I have had issues with Edwin on multiple occasions that I take my car in and his communication is horrible.

I noticed on the way home that the front passenger seat was set way back and wasn’t when I got out of the prior to the service. May Have been done for the cabin air filter, but should have been set back to normal.
