From the day, moment I called to make an appointment for my 100,000 mile maintenance service, Javier was pleasant, professional and enthusiastic while assisting me. I arrived on 1/21, was greeted by Javier and immediately informed of the new ‘interest free financing’ being offered by Raceway, just implemented the prior evening. I had planned to complete the 100,000 maintenance work over 3 appointments, which had been offered as an option last year. Yesterday, Javier was visibly pleased to share the new option to finance the work and still pay for it in 3 installments while allowing me to have the entire job completed in this single appointment. I was delighted. I chose to wait, it was a long day but throughout the 7+ hours Javier continued to check on my well being and making me aware of complimentary beverages. My experience with Raceway is always a good one as far as the actual work and speed at which I’m accommodated. My experience with Javier was above and beyond. Thank you. I was pleased.

I have been taking my truck there since I had a very bad experience at Fritts Ford of riverside. And the team at raceway has been nothing less then amazing. Thomas was amazing gave me an estimate and a time frame on when my truck would be ready and he was right on the money with it. Got me some great discount. Communicated with me though the whole process perfectly. Five stars for sure for the whole team.
