Had to take the truck back the next morning because it was leaking from the drain plug. Mechanic got grease all over the driver seat. Wait time was much too long. All issues have already been addressed by Mike, the mod with quick lane. No need to contact me.

I called multiple times from 9 to 1 this past Monday to try and get a hold of him to check on the status of my car. I had to talk to a different agent and even when they said he was at his desk and transferred me over to his line he still never answered. He also gave me a different price before I came to get my car. $40 dollars was tacked onto I can understand a quoted price being different. But the price suddenly changing from when they told me my car is done to when I arrived seemed weird. Also he wasn't there when I came to pick up my car. I worked at a car dealership before, Acura 101 West. I understand it can be busy and hectic, but 0 communication and a price change is a terrible experience. Ask yourself or ask him if he would want that experience would when you're without your car. Treat others especially your customers how you would want to be treated

I paid for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on march 26, 2026. I also bought 13 lugnuts as was recommended by the dealership. When I got home from the dealership I discovered that my front right wheel only had 2 lugnuts attached, and every lugnut that was still on the vehicle was so lose that I could fully remove them with two fingers. I am extremely disappointed, as this could have killed me and other people while I was driving with lugnuts that were not even torqued.
