I took in my 2005 Ford excursion to get a key programmed. I was my husband was told it was gonna cost $260 but when they couldn’t do it at the time they thought they would they were charging me $1385. I think that price is a little ridiculous. Also, my two remote controls were working perfectly fine when I left the house so then they said they had a program one of them which they were charging me $115 when they already worked when I left there and I had to come back because the one that one of the controls were not working so no I was not satisfied this time. I’ve never had a problem there

I’ve been getting cars maintenance done here for years, and as usual, I can’t say enough about Thomas. He makes sure I’m taken care of to the point that when I call, I request to speak to him, and it’s also to the point that as soon as he hears my voice, he knows who I am which I think is great. I bought a convertible Mustang here years ago, because I had a great experience with the service when it comes to maintenance, and since then I’ve brought 4 other cars here, and not one issues, only positive experience, which all have been mostly through Thomas. I think it’s about time to move him up the ranks, because he’s been working there for many years, and an asset to Raceway Ford. What are you guys waiting for? He should be running Quicklane!

Feel that a diagnostic was not done on my vehicle that they based their diagnostic on the previous history of the vehicle they dont care because its not their car cuz if it was guaranteed i would pf foun the actual problem no a duplicate
