Alan was very nice and consider regarding my recall item “A-pillar appliqué trim clip”. I asked him how long does it normal take to get this item resolved. The answer he gave me was 2-3 months.. I file my claim with Edwin **** in September 2024 .. that’s 6 months ago.. absolutely unacceptable.. I got a call from a female staff member at Raceway 2 months ago regarding my opinion about the quality of service… I informed her about my displeasure with the service.. she promise to call me back shortly.. I never got the call.

Javier has always done me right. Even when the technician was not up to par, Javier did everything to correct the situation and more importantly take care of the customer.
