My initial estimate for my service was at 320$ my total bill was over 800$ the labor price doesn’t match what I have paid before. I went 2 months ago for a transmission flush. For that I was charged 1 hr at 75 dollars. This time around I went for a broken brake line and for a total of 3.5 hours I was charged over 600$ in just labor. I don’t understand the fluctuating in labor price. Also when I asked Edwin **** this question he became flustered and rude and his answer did not make sense to me. I asked to have his manager’s information(Dan Zoren) he immediately changed his tone and became very short with his answers.

Service Manager this morning was super knowledgeable and friendly! He gave me 2 choices depending on what I was able to pay and totally answered my questions! My work was completed in a very timely manner and I was out within record time! I recommend QuickLane Service Department without reservation!!

I have purchased many new trucks from FORD. My current truck has 75,000 miles on it and I have went over the seven year on my warranty for my transmission. FORD did not even want to help out with the cost and I feel like my next truck will probably have to come from another maker. I really really feel like if a man buys a brand new truck. He should be able to get 75,000 miles out of the transmission if he does his maintenance and takes care of it so FORD has let me down this time and my next truck will have to see

Will never go back. Cat went in drivable and left not able to drive. So trying to figure out how issues were not caught in previous visits. Edwin was horrible with no communication. Had to call and get updates from other managers. Took 2 days to get a diagnostic run with an appointment.
