He was polite professional. When my vehicle was read for pick up he asked me if I was going to use my Ford points I told him I didn’t know that I had them. He told me that I could use them and that it would cover my charges. He was the first and only person that informed me about them.

When I picked up my truck, it was damaged with a bunch of scratches and scuffs. now it’s been 3 weeks and the painter in the body shop has had an “emergency” every time I’m suppose to come in to get it fixed. Not to mention I’ve had to go here 3 times to get an update of when my truck will be fixed. This is unacceptable when us as customer spend a lot of money on vehicles and have to bring them in for a recall. I spent 70k on my truck but now I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t be buying from a brand that doesn’t take care of their customers vehicle.
