Stewart was absolutely the best! He made sure everything was done right and exceeded my expectations. Was able to get my car in and out of service and even provided me a ride home and a car wash!! Definitely will be returning to this specific facility for all my car services!

Truck was not repaired on the day scheduled. I was not informed on the situation until i followed up with a phone. My service rep was gone and no one knew my repair had not been done. Major lack of communication which has never happened in past repairs.

I asked to have my Edge washed....i was tikd the car wash was broke but he would have it taken to the detail department. If it went to tge detauk dept i hope it had a nice visit because it anythibg was done it was hosed down was all.

Not satisfied this is my first time owning a ford and to take it to a ford dealership I feel like it was a total disappointment because at least in other dealers service department they print out a sheet with brake pad width how much thread is on the tires honestly not coming back to a ford dealerships at all because first impressions tells me that’s how you treat your customers

No update on my service record. Amd my Ford pass app says I still have the same oil life. Doubts my oil was even changed because when I refueled my gas tank my reading changed, why not the oil life?
