Very professional staff member, he is the first and only service member in my thirty years plus using a car dealership for service has been a semble of Customer Service. Most just push you through with trained courtesy. Mr. Fernández speaks and shows his Customer Service skills. I had a question hours after I left, he took time to listen and care. That's Customer service!
