Wish the mechanic or whoever drove our vehicle would not mess with the seat adjustment. Everything that could be adjusted was not anywhere near our normal position.

I was not assisted by Kris as he pawned me off on the advisor on the left side of the desk when you walk in the door. I was satisfied with his service as that was the fastest I’ve ever gotten a vehicle back from service.

I normally go to Fritts ford because that’s where I purchased my car. I am happy to go back to raceway Ford. It was smooth process. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the communication. More importantly the customer service experience made it easy for me to take care of my Ford!! Thank you to all of you!!!

I was very happy with the service , the service technician was very helpful and managed to give me the best service possible and he really new what he was doing , Tomas and the staff were very helpful and assured me that they would take care of everything, I was able to let him know what exactly i needed and they got it done , I am super happy with the results as he was able to find a solution to my problem even though I was worried about my vehicle, and appreciate the help he provided me through out the process and what needed to be done on my vehicle with options that I had available to me which was great and I couldn’t be more pleased with him and the effort put in to resolve the issue, I have secluded another service date and am happy to bring my vehicle there for repairs now and in the future as well ,thank you for a job well done !!! Top notch service ! And very much recommend!

Picked up the vehicle today, as I was driving the car was making some clacking sound, the left front driver brakes were smoking and smelled burnt. As I got home it started smoking even more and there was a small fire in the wheel well. I called the service dept. but it was already after hours. So I’d appreciate if I get a phone call and get this issue resolved immediately. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle after today’s incident.
