Everything was great.. the only thing that went wrong was that the techs didn't top off my fluids.. and my caps on all rims were put back on half ways.. every time I take it in for service it's the same problem

To whom it may concern, I am very satisfied with Javier and the whole team of service adviser at the counter at Quick Lane. I received text and/or phone calls to keep me abreast of the status of my vehicle. The only thing I was a littke disappointed with was , the $70.00 works service is that during the filter inspection I believe that the air filter should have been replaced, because it's dirty, and coolant is low after flush and refill. That being said I am still very satisfied with Quick Lane and their staff.
