I don’t do surveys. I will say that I don’t even have to talk to Thomas. I can walk in waiting early Saturday morning and the man knows his customers. We could look at each other and the next step for me is to where you pay with the card. Very attentive during the procedure. Explains everything at the end. That says it all. He’s top notch. We do talk about different things like weather you know.

Javier made recommended service suggestions but wasn't pushy. If I said wait for something he was fine with it. I like when the customer is not pressured into decisions. He explains reasons not to wait if a safety issue which I can appreciate. Javier likes his job and excels at it. Thanks for the great work on my car.

I have a copoune for 39.99 and they charged me 49.00 If you send a copoune for 39 just charge 39 I did not argue with Mike about it but it's only 10$ so I let it go. The first time I came they did a same with my diffential oil service but that one end up with the same increase on price. I don't appreciate the shade information that represents r provide and when the time get to revive your car you will find a price that u don't expect The reason I went thier last time only because I have the copoune for 39 and I end up paying 49 I do my service in ford fiesta indeo and I do it for 42 after they discount 10$ So give me an extra reason push me to service with you in future. Thank you and make it a great day
