I wanted to let you know what an amazing employee you have in Kris. He is very kind, understanding and very professional. He listened to all of my concerns about my car and assured me that Raceway Ford will do the best to their ability. You should be very proud of Kris. Maybe he can teach Stewart Tan how to listen, be friendly and not to be so dismissive to customers. I don’t know if being a woman had anything to do with how he treated me, but I was so happy when he got busy and Kris offered to help me. Again, thank you and Kris is the BEST!!!!!

I called and made an appointment and they said they had their parts in took my car down there at 8 o’clock in the morning and then they call me in the afternoon to pick up my car because they had to order the parts to be in convenience like this now I have to take my car back when the parts come in This is ridiculous rude this company has no respect for their customers time especially the amount of money used to spend on these vehicles.
