Mike provided excellent service today. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and my truck was serviced properly. This is the type of service I’ve come to expect from Mike and Thomas in my interactions. I look forward to bringing my truck back to Raceway for service in the future.

Javier Fernandez did a great job in checking my vehicle in, he was also very knowledgeable, the problem is the amount of time it took to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, I dropped vehicle off at 10am and wasn't ready until after 5pm, Walter's Mercedes does this type of work on my car in 30 mins, they also wash vehicle in that time..

Javier was able to ensure I was able to get in to get an oil change while visiting from out of state on short notice. If we are back in the area I will definitely come back for service on my truck.

Only choice was " completely " I would not say that if I had other choices. He delivered before he said he would , but I thought wait for "Epress lane was too long. I would say very satisfied
