Good guy...very polite and helpful. Did a great job explaining my potential needs and options. I appreciate not being hard sold. I came in due to coupon and had a good experience. The coupon helped secure a repeat. I live closer to redlands ford....but good people deserve more business. Thxx tom

I was very satisfied with the swiftness of my car being completed and customer service when leaving and picking up my car. However, as I waited in your lobby, I noticed the mechanics not wearing masks coming in and out. I then saw that the mechanic who drove out my car was not wearing a mask. I find it to be somewhat bothersome that the mechanics I observed were not taking minimal precautions especially if they were in my personal vehicle. I hope that some precautions are taken in the future.
