Went in for a simple oil change on Wednesday with a 9am appointment. Was convinced I needed tires and that they were available immediately according to the quote I received that turns out to be incorrect. Asked to keep the truck over night that it would be ready before noon Thursday. Called at noon Thursday told all was done and that they just needed to align it. Showed up at 2pm Thursday to pick it up truck still not ready just finishing up paper work. I waited a hour for that paperwork to finish. I could have gone to Julio’s tire shop behind the gas station and had better quicker service. Completely unacceptable for a dealership charging premium pricing.

On a previous serious, Thomas Fraser did an excellent job recommending a new set of four tires, front end alignment and tire insurance. When I stopped in to look at the tires Thomas told me about the sale that ends the next day, which motivated me to immediately move on buying my new tires. Unfortunately, FORD no longer allows Tire Insurance on my 2002 F150 SuperCrew Lariat that is in Mint Condition, because of the trucks age. I am glad Thomas recommended the Front End Alignment because my truck needed it and I want to get the most out of my new set of tires. Thomas has Excellent Communication Skills and kept me informed. Again, Great Service at my local RACEWAY FORD Dealership.
