Completely unsatisfied problem in the vehicle was never resolved took the truck to another Ford dealership Fritz Ford dealership and they were able to figure out the problem in three hours compared to three weeks with raceway will never return to raceway forward nor will ever recommend.

The service was really good and Javier was extremely thorough in explaining what the issues were and what was needed to repair my vehicle. He kept me informed throughout the day on the status of my vehicle.

Service part was great but I wound up paying $57 for a 39.95 service. I was told I could bring back my coupon when I picked up my car, which I did but was charged full price anyway. I have done a lot of business there but come on. Invoice 821857

I was there at 7am and with 4 people in front of me it Took 3 hours for a simple oil change and to change a tire. There was no sense of urgency by the technician as well.

Thank you even though we were not able to find the clunking noise over all I’m happy because I brought my truck in for multiple issues that another dealership (Hemet) claimed they didn’t know what the issues were. 3 out of my issues were fixed but over all I’m happy

I was satisfied with the service of Javier, but I was very disappointed with the service of the dealership, on keeping my car for so long in the mechanic shop for up than a month, even though I know it was a manufacturer’s issue, I never expected my car to take so long to be fixed.
