I am happy with Javiers work. I am Not hsppy with the steering wheel vibrating when driving 55-60mph on freeway They rotated the tires but i dont think that should make the steering worse

I sat at the dealership for 2 hours for service and then sat in traffic unaware there was an issue with the balancing of the tire causing the steering and whole truck to vibrate violently after reaching speeds of 60 mph. I then had to drive back in traffic in order to have the issue addressed. I arrived back at 5pm and the truck wasn’t taken into the shop until 5:30 and then spent another hour for the work to be done. I cancelled dinner plans and was completely inconvenienced and then Thomas had the nerve to tell me it’s normally $60 bucks to balance the tires. Why in the hell would you even mention that? My truck drove perfectly before. There is still vibration in the steering at 65mph so I will now have to get it balanced YET again. I will not be bringing it back to Raceway Ford. Maybe use another mechanic then the first time around. I didn’t even get a simple apology for the inconvenience.
