There are many auto shops out there that can raise your anxiety level just by walking in the door…Quick Lane is not that place! I had the opportunity to work with Mike when I took my truck in for service. What an asset he is to your company for he exemplifies excellence in customer service! He is knowledgeable, patient, and has a very kind demeanor which is demonstrated in how he treats the customers and his employees. I actually trust their diagnosis and recommendations! Thomas explained about additional Service Options with the Oil Change, without pressure. I appreciate him. I had called two days prioor to see of any Oil Change Appointments were available and he was pleasant on the phone 7/22/21 and in person on 7/24/21.
